1. Full payment is required for all products, services, and custom work. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.

2. ALL SHIPPING RATES ARE INCLUDED IN PRODUCT PRICING.

3. Gifted Services Policy: Gift recipients must book their session within 3 days of receiving the gift. The appointment must be scheduled to occur within 30 days of receipt.

***Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the service.***

4. Once your appointment for 1-on-1 spiritual work is set you will be contacted VIA EMAIL, or TEXT to confirm your appointment has been received.

5. Appointment reminders will be sent VIA EMAIL, or TEXT.

6. Appointments can only be rescheduled one time. If you miss your rescheduled appointment for any reason it will be forfeit.

7. NO CALL, NO SHOW is an automatic forfeiture of your appointment.

8. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to appointment is an automatic forfeiture of appointment.

9. Any orders will be shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) upon completion. Please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment of custom orders.

10. Service/Product Forfeiture: Failure to give notice more than 2 hours before an appointment and canceling a rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of meeting and monies paid.
