1. Full payment is required for all products, services, and custom work. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
2. Once your appointment for 1-on-1 spiritual work is set, it is locked in. You will be contacted VIA EMAIL to confirm your appointment has been received.
3. Appointment reminders will be sent VIA EMAIL.
4. Appointments can only be RESCHEDULED ONCE. If you miss your rescheduled appointment for any reason it will be forfeit.
5. NO CALL, NO SHOW is an automatic forfeiture of your appointment.
6. CANCELLATIONS made less than 2hrs prior to appointment is an automatic forfeiture of appointment.
7. You MUST be prepared to receive orders within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) upon completion to avoid a holding fee.
8. Holding Fees: Orders not received by customer will be held until an additional $10 holding fee is paid or the order will be canceled, and monies paid forfeit.
9. Service/Product Forfeiture: Failure to give notice more than 2 hours before appointment, canceling a rescheduled appointment and failure to arrange in state delivery within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) will result in forfeiture of order and monies paid.
